To create an unforgettable experience for driving and automotive enthusiasts, our Mobil 1 team launched the Legend vs Leaderboard Challenge, pitting gamers against real world racing legends like Tony Stewart, Jenson Button, Toyota Gazoo Racing’s Nascar team, Jamie Chadwick & Juan Pablo Montoya inside Forza Motorsport. As part of Mobil 1’s 50th anniversary, the five-part competition challenged players to beat pro lap times on the branded Maple Valley by Mobil 1 track, blending elite motorsport with immersive gaming. Built for car and gaming fans alike, the program leveraged Forza’s massive global audience to deliver a high impact brand experience through in-game challenges, sponsorships, and real world rewards. It was recognized by The Webby’s, the Art Directors Club and received two silver sport Clios.
